Admission Process
The admission to the M.Ed. course is done strictly as per the N.C.T.E. norms by the Admission Committee to be constituted by the Vice-Chancellor, Panjab University. The Admission is done through centralized counselling. Every candidate has to appear in the counselling in person. The dates and venue for the counselling is notified in the leading dailies of the region.
During the session 2016 -2018 it has been decided by the Syndicate of the Panjab University that there will be no centralized admissions and M.Ed admissions would be done by the department of education, Panjab University Chandigarh and by the colleges of education having M.Ed course at their own level.
Thus, joint M.Ed admission counselling for colleges of education(UT Chandigarh) i.e. Government College of Education Sec 20D and Dev Samaj College of Education ,Sec 36 B has been held at Government College of Education Sector 20 Chandigarh.
